The High Speed Centrifuge Filter has a prominent frame and a high-speed tubular bowl of CS/SS 304/SS 316 and is made of centrifugal casting.
Description
A slow acceleration special motor and starter operates this machine. The slurry is fed through the bottom of the bowl and the separation takes place inside the bowl by centrifugal force created by high speed. It creates separate circle of layers and comes out continuously through the bowl top and further separate discharges through covers.
Process Requirements
The requirement or purpose of this device is to separate two liquids that are having different specific gravities. An automatic system is preferred with duplex separators.
