Standard sizes from 160 to 30,000Liters, Pressure, full vacuum and 6 Bar internal and jacket . Construction & inspection in accordance with ASME section VIII division I
Vessel Agitators :
Standard version with anchor, propeller and impeller agitators and thermo well. As a special version pitched blade or axial propeller can also be installed for specific needs. Drive unit consists of a synchronous three phase TEFC/FLP and energy efficient direct coupled helical gear unit. Lantern stool housing, self-aligning two piece muff coupling for perfect alignment. Speed 50 rpm for anchor agitator, 100 rpm for impeller agitator. On request, we can offer a two speed version motor or an electronic speed variator.
The mechanical seal is available in two options, i.e. single mechanical seal and double mechanical seal complete with suitable lubrication and counter-pressure system. The drive unit is designed to facilitate easy and quick replacement of components without disturbing alignment or dismantling of major drive components.
